Truth: The passion and experience of the host. I'm tired of the nonsense. I know I could stand by and let it go, ignoring the endless promotions on social media or the live meetings that promise you nirvana. You know what bothers me? Many of the so-called ‘experts’ haven’t set foot in a real dental practice in years. Many are not even dentists who have ever sat in the chair as an owner—especially post-COVID.
I have an ‘old-school’ soldier mentality on running a successful dental practice, grounded in real-time challenges that I encounter weekly because I am still very much on the front lines.
That’s right. I know the frustration of running an office with chronic staff "call-outs"—especially on Mondays or after holidays. I understand the skyrocketing cost of labor over the past few years and the Herculean effort required to find new team members, particularly when the dentist down the street is offering a king's ransom as a signing bonus. I empathize with the demoralizing influx of low-quality new patients who have no interest in comprehensive care, or a fickle patient base that will leave you over a $50.00 co-pay. I experience staff members who don’t show up with their “A” game, and don't even get me started on insurance.

Schedule:
- Thursday Night: Cocktail reception from 7 PM to 9 PM.
- Friday and Saturday: Sessions start at 8 AM and conclude at 5 PM. Dinner reception on Friday from 7 PM to 9 PM.
Travel Arrangements:
- Airport: Fly into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
- Transportation: The Rittenhouse Hotel is a short 20-minute ride from the airport. You won’t need a car; you can take an Uber or a train from the airport to Center City.
- If canceled prior to 9/15/24, all of your fees will be refunded minus a $250 service fee.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 9/16/24.
